By fostering an environment of positive reinforcement, goal setting, respect, and hard work, we push every student to discover these benefits for themselves.  We take this responsibility seriously and will be by your child’s side every step of the way.

Self confidence can’t be talked into your child, it can’t be tricked into them by tying a belt around their waist. It has to be found by your child from within.  

At Regina Jiu-Jitsu, we are experts in helping kids discover their best qualities. We achieve this through quality martial arts instruction, personal attention and individualized achievement within a fun, yet highly structured and disciplined environment.

Real Self Defense

Correctly teaching and coaching kids in Jiu-Jitsu allows for a smaller child to defend his/herself against a larger child without needing to physically harm them, helping grow the vision they have of themselves.

Our first task is to help blossom positive qualities so our kids can succeed in the dojo, home and at school. The many lessons learned in our classes help develop noble qualities such as staying calm during conflict, emotional stability, listening, and problem solving.

When a child experiences the achievements that come as a result of following our recipe of dedication, focus and effort, it leaves a lasting impression that helps imbue these qualities in other aspects of their lives.

We limit class sizes so our students don’t wait on a wall to participate

We have worked with thousands of kids over the past decade and today’s program is a manifestation of that experience.

Bully proofing

Our aim is to help build self esteem and help our students understand why one may bully another so they may feel confident and be leaders in their own peer groups.

We currently have a limited number of spots available for Kids to begin immediately or in September.

All kids are welcome to a free trial class which includes free kimono rental
