  • “From my first visit everyone has always been so helpful and willing to go out of their way to show me and help me improve. Over the years I have grown to love training here and if you want to learn in an environment where it all about seeing you succeed in the BJJ journey this is the place for you!!”

  • “Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu had been goal of mine for nearly 15 years but due injury, weight gain and just general lack of motivation I had given up on the idea. Last fall I decided that I wanted my sons to learn some self-defense and to learn a new sport. Due to the amazing coaching, culture and boost in confidence I saw my boys experience I decided to take the plunge and join the best BJJ gym in Saskatchewan. The coaches are amazing, always taking the time to ensure every member gets attention and personal techniques. I am now hooked on BJJ for life”

ADULT PROGRAM

10 Classes a week
Beginners always welcome

  • Tuesday and Thursday 7-830pm

These classes are perfect for one with little to no experience and operate at 50% (or less) intensity.

Class consists of warmup, and exploration into the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu and self defense.

We limit the amount of beginners in these classes to provide direct attention and coaching to our newer students.

  • Monday and Wednesday 715-840pm

Technique followed by specific sparring from a variation of positions at 50-70% intensity.
Individuals needs are assessed, and coaching provided during and after.

After class, students are welcome to stay an additional 45-60 minutes to continue free sparring.

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 6-7am

    Tuesday and Thursday 12-1pm

These classes follow more of an ecological approach with as much positional training and open sparring that can fit into an hour.

  • Saturday 1030am-12pm

This class offer a little bit of everything depending on the content that is taught, with an in-depth analysis of technique and position.

  • Private Lessons are available for one-on-one and groups.

Reach out to get setup with the right coach for you.

What is Jiu Jitsu?

An outlet to burn excess thoughts, sharpen the mind and body and be nourished by an environment of goal orientated individuals. It is an ever-evolving, practical form of self-defense and stress relief.

A game of human chess, that is both intellectually simulating and great exercise. A contest, a sport, and an art, uniquely created by the individual practicing it.

Why are we Regina’s BEST choice for Kids Martial Arts?

  • Class size is limited so all students receive attention and a quality experience.

Our students don’t sit on a wall waiting to participate or fall behind their fellow classmates.

  • We provide more coaches per student than any other kids sport program in Regina.

  • We don’t believe in teaching young children how to break arms and choke in a military school atmosphere, nor have classes function like a birthday party.

Our classes are sensibly structured to help build character, self confidence, discipline and compassion. We believe classes should be structured, authentic, but most importantly fun so everyone looks forward to attending.

  • Our aim is to help children discover the best in themselves through individualized goals and intuitive approaches to teaching them. While competition may be the right thing for the right student, it does not guide the direction of our program.

  • Coach John has a masterful understanding of the most effective way to teach all ages of children, and is regarded as one of the best teachers in Saskatchewan.

All of our assistant coaches were selected by being good humans first.
