For Beginners we offer:

★ A fun, safe, beginner friendly environment in all of our classes.

★ Beginner only classes on Tuesday and Thursday 7-830pm.

★ A free trial class before needing to commit to registration.

But understand walking through the doors by yourself into a new class can be challenging.

We believe in investing in those who invest in our team and so we offer private introductory classes to all potential adult students with no experience.


The cost for the class is $60 (Regularly $120)— which is then credited to your account should you decide to register after your free trial of our group classes, resulting in it being a free session.
